A colleague cum friend recently announced her (long awaited) wedding date! The marriage will be taking place in a few months and that got us thinking, where we can head over for a bachelorette partyyyyyy?!
All of us at TripHobo put our heads together and brainstormed. Here’s what we have come up with so far for best bachelorette places in India to party hard!
1. For Some Wine Sipping- Sula Vineyards:
"The best wines are the ones we drink with friends”- Anonymous. At the forefront of Indian wine revolution, Sula Vineyards are situated in Nashik, Maharashtra. It is a perfect place for some grape stomping, wine sipping and gossiping. Not to mention it's quite an affordable bachelorette party destination!
2. For The Party Animal-Goa:

How can we not include Goa to the list?! Fondly known as the bachelorette party destination in India, and not only because of its clubs! It has serene as well as bustling beaches, it has picturesque alleys, it has architecturally marvellous churches and it also plays host to the vivacious Carnival every year.
3. For Some Sound Of Music- Shillong:

A beautiful hill station situated in north eastern India, Shillong has so much going for it as an ultimate bachelorette party destination. Love music? Shillong is known as the Rock Capital of India. Love golfing? The Shillong Golf Course is one of the oldest and best natural golf course in the world. Love food? Do hog on Jadoh, Tarumbai dumplings, momos and dim sums while in Shillong.
4. For A Himalayan Escapade- Manali:
If your colleague/bff/sister is a huge trekking enthusiast it's best to take her on a bachelorette trip in India itself to the Himalayan mountains. Since many of the Himalayan treks have Manali as base camp (Manali- Chandrakhani Pass Trek, Manali-Deo Tibba Trek, Manali-Brighu Trek), heading off to this stunningly beautiful riverside town where you might even indulge in water rafting and river crossing. sounds fabulous, no?
5. For Some Adrenalin Pumpin- Rishikesh:
The adventure capital of the country, Rishikesh is a fabulous choice for an exciting bachelorette party. Bungee jumping, white water rafting, camping, hiking- Rishikesh will definitely be a fun destination. And the best way to end the trip? Sitting at a ghat along the Ganges talking about the joy as well as complexities of married life.
6. For A Yoga Retreat-Bangalore:
Another colleague recently returned from the Shreyas Yoga Retreat situated in Bangalore and she can’t stop gushing about how amazingly soothing her experience was. Spread across 25 acres, this luxury retreat centre offers a variety of yoga classes and meditation sessions.
7. For A ‘Shop Till You Drop’ Session- Jaipur:
A dream destination for shopaholics, Jaipur is one place that will assist with all the wedding shopping. Where else will we get ethnic jhutees, fantastic bandhani print dress materials, chunky silver jewellery, colourful bangles and gorgeous jholas?
8. For The Water Baby- Andaman:
Scuba diving, snorkelling, boating, kayaking... the women gang at TripHobo loves this stuff! So, the stunning islands of Andaman could also play host to our bachelorette party.
