7. Beto Carrero World, Penha, Brazil

Its the largest theme park in Latin America and if youre ever visiting Brazil, you should definitely head there. Its got thrilling roller coaster rides, water rides and shows. The park has a partnership with DreamWorks and Universal Studios so youll see shows based on familiar charactersthe one based on Madagascar is popular. Animal world, their zoo, is one of the main attractions of the park. A great place to take your kids!

6. PortAventura Park, Salou, Spain

This is the largest theme park in Spain and attracts 4 million people every single year! Its got several themed areas including one based on Sesame Street and 12 rides. One of the most popular rides is called Furius Baco: a roller coaster with winged seating that reaches speeds of 135 km/hr!

5. Europa-Park, Rust, Germany

The second most popular theme park in Europe, Europa-Park in Germany boasts of 12 roller coasters and several water rides. Whats unique about this amusement park is that besides rides, you can enjoy a quality dining experience: it has an incredible array of 70 bars and restaurants! Gluttons rejoice! There is hope for us yet! Their newest ride is Arthur which is a roller coaster ride with lots of special effects thrown in for good measure!

4. Six Flags Magic Mountain, Los Angeles, California, USA

This Park has 18 roller coasters that'll keep you on the edge of your seat throughout your visit! Their main attraction is the Twisted Colossus which is a hybrid coaster (made of wood and steel). The 5000 foot track which you blaze through in 4 minutes boasts of a 116-foot drop at an angle of 80 degrees and it even twists 360 degrees at one point! Think you can stomach it? Then head on over to Los Angeles, California!

3. Hersheypark, Pennsylvania, USA

A family theme park built by the founder of The Hershey Chocolate Company Milton S. Hershey in 1906 as a leisure park for his employees. The park underwent rapid expansion during the 1970s. Now, its got over 70 rides and attractions as well as a wildlife park called ZOOAMERICA. Laff Trakk is their newest ride and its USA's first indoor, spinning, glow coaster. Sounds fun!

2. Universals Islands of Adventure, Orlando, Florida, USA

This one is for kids and adults alike! There are several rides that take inspirations from movies and TV shows: Spider-Man, Despicable Me, Transformers, The Simpsonstheyre all there! One of the best rides in the park is the Wizarding World of Harry Potter where fans can immerse themselves in the Hogwarts experience you can taste butter beer and even buy supplies from Diagon Alley!
