Best Cottages in Manali - Cozy and Casual Stay

How would I describe Manali? If my memory serves me well, I would say Manali is a lovely town that is surrounded by the Himalayas; with a trout full of Beas river flowing through it, misty mountains packed with pine trees, narrow hilly roads with cobblestone sidewalks, honeymooners walking hand-in-hand (yes, Manali is quite a popular honeymoon destination in India) and street vendors selling steaming hot momos. You get it, right? Manali is one of those destinations that finds a spot on the bucket list of every traveller, seasoned or amateur.

Manali has many hotels and homestays but it is the cottages that has caught my attention lately. Cottages effuse a sense of warmth and comfort. How about living in a cottage with old, squeaky wooden floors, stony fireplaces, cane furniture, walls lined with beautiful paintings, an attic that overlooks the valley, cute little private gardens and spacious orchards? I know you are already picturing yourself there with a cup of hot chocolate in your hands 😉

For the ones that do, we have brought you a list of some of the best cottages in Manali that will make you feel at home and also make you never wanna leave.
