1. Broadway Halloween Parade  

Venue: Broadway from E-3rd Avenue to Alameda Avenue 

The funkiest street of Denver this year will be converted into a spooky street with the Broadway Halloween Parade. This parade will be organized by the City Council Lucky District 7 and the Broadway Merchant Association, and this spooky event will start at 6 p.m. Start looking for the right costume and join in the Halloween parade which will feature macabre music, freaky floats and more!

2. Haunted Field of Screams 

Venue: 10451 McKay Rd, Thornton, CO 80233, USA

The Haunted Field of Screams is the largest haunted attraction in Denver. Three unique attractions and a frightening cornfield spread in over 35 acres make it a must-go Halloween haunted attraction. Visitors will have a bone-chilling and unique experience in the Haunted Field of Screams. Experience the terror and prepare to get scared to the maximum level! Brave guests will know why building plans have 13th floor omitted if they succeed in making through the frightening tour. The barrier between fiction and reality will blur, and this place will serve pure terror with the help of great casting, unbelievable special effects makeup, and intricate sets.  

4. Victorian Horrors 

Venue: Molly Brown House Museum 

You will get to enjoy a literary journey with some of the most appreciated and renowned authors such as Wells, Lovecraft, and Poe. You will get to hear soul-searing stories filled with unspeakable madness and horror inside the spooky and probably haunted house of Molly Brown.

7. Paranormal Palace 

Venue: McNichols Civic Centre Building 

Get ready to be taken to another time period this year, simply by visiting Paranormal Palace! With 50 live performances, Rocky horror picture show casts, three floors of haunted décor, open bars and food trucks, DJs, and bands all under a single roof, this is one of the most entertaining and spellbinding Halloween parties in Denver.  

8. Denver Zombie Crawl 

Venue: Skyline Park 

If you are a Denverite, then you must have a unique love for zombies. Every year, to celebrate Halloween, thousands of blood-spattered and undead zombies gather at the Skyline Park and start their crazy drag-full walk for the Denver Zombie Crawl along the 16TH Street Mall. Viewers will witness bodies missing heads, bodies with bullet holes in their heads and zombies carrying their own heads in their hands.

The Coloween costume party will have all the necessary ingredients for making the Halloween unforgettable. Coloween features mind-bending haunted hallways, three ballrooms featuring DJs and live music, twenty-eight bartenders serving at the open bar, great theatrical performances and more! Be a part of the lavish and grand costume contest which will be hosted by a secret celebrity guest!

10. Boo at the Zoo 

Venue: Denver Zoo

The last few events in this list include the best Halloween activities for kids. So, if you have kids, you should consider taking them to the Denver Zoo this holiday. The annual Boo at the Zoo provides a combination of creepy crawly animal demonstrations, fun & exciting family-friendly entertainment, and twenty ‘trick or treat’ stations that will make kids fall in love with this place. All the activities will be free with the zoo admission/ticket fee. This event also offers night-time trick or treating experience to the visitors. Tickets for the annual Boo at the Zoo will cost $12 for children and $17 for adults; kids who are 2 or under will get free entry.
