The intense feeling of helplessness and hopelessness that fills the heart during a stressful situation makes life much difficult. Being a person who dealt with anxiety problems and also being a die-hard traveler, I can say that no other therapy in the world can be better than going on a kickass trip and just chill out. Having considered that, how about visiting some of the happiest places that help you relax and unwind? Yes, there are places around the world that take you out of the mundane stresses and maximize joy with their special therapies! Wanna know?
