One of the top holiday destinations in October, Karnataka is one of my fondest memory of Diwali vacations as a child. The coffee estates of Coorg, back then bestowed you with an unparalleled charm and continue to do even today. Of course, there is a spurt in the number of recreational properties and accommodations with several 5-stars coming here. With Wayanad lying just at a 2-hour drive from here, Bangalore-Coorg-Wayanad was our favorite triangle. Speaking of which one cannot miss the other famous triangle of Bangalore-Ooty-Mysore. Not just the places, but there is something about road tripping through Karnataka’s rustic villages; an experience that cannot be explained in words.
