  • Nice accommodations and a polished cozy lobby. It's small with about 12 rooms per floor and 3 elevators, so sometimes the elevators take a little longer, but that's about it. Great location! Mini fridge was perfect for us. We loved.

  • Where to begin... Arrive, reservation is wrong, although promised twice, now “impossible” to have adjoining rooms for our family. Next, check in to this micro room to find blood stains on bedspread. They move us. Upgrade they another FILTHY room w dead and live moths everywhere. No coffee. And if your visiting and want a view, not here. This hotel is a dirty prison. THEN at bedtime we discover the toilet doesn’t work. We call the desk for help and a man arrives with a plunger. He hands it to us and leaves! No toilet all night. No toilet at all. THEN as we’re leaving, there’s a lady at the desk. We hear she left for the day. She returned. Opened her room door. Finds someone else in her hotel room. All her stuff is gone and there’s no knowledge of what they did with all her luggage n belongings. What is that?! Hands down worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

  • Very proud to a Marriott rewards member when we were welcomed so nicely here. I brought our friends from The Netherlands to see the Big Apple. It was their first time in the USA and in NYC. Yadira not only upgraded our room to a higher floor with a view of the Empire State Building, but she sent up a gift on behalf of the staff with gifts and complimentary breakfast. Thank you for a wonderful visit!

  • Rooms were very nice and extremely comfortable. Always clean and fresh linens. Staff was very nice and helpful. Greeted me every time I came back to the hotel. Convenient location to Times Square and subway lines but not directly in the midst of all the hustle and bustle.

  • I travelled to NY from Los Angeles for a business meeting and stayed at this hotel because it was closed to work. The check in process was very slow. Nobody offered to bring my luggage upstairs. It took a long time tonfind the bell boy to store my luggage and elevatore is very slow. There were no bottles of water in the room. I woke up in the middle of the night really thirsty. I had to get dressed and go to the lobby in order to buy a bottle of water. Will not stay here again.
