  • Room was small as expected but extremely nice. Probably the biggest flat screen I've seen in a hotel. Also offered internet streaming on the TV ( had to use your own account though). Bathroom was very spacious with a large shower. Loses a star because the valet is $60 for 24 hours. Which isn't horrible but there is no in and out allowed and you are told to request the car 45-60 minutes before departure.

  • It was currently being renovated, but service is very nice and the rooms are also very good. Plus you get a great view from the breakfast buffet. I was very happy with my room. Bathroom was clean, bed was very comfortable. There was a problem with the remote control of the television, which was fixed within a few minutes.

  • Clean room. Great shower. The room was small but efficient. The on-site Starbucks was okay twice but the third time we went the girl didn't understand when we ordered a "grande" latte and told us it wasn't really Starbucks... really. The hotel is nice, staff friendly and courteous. Recently remodeled. Nice.

  • Great view on 13th floor. Our room was 1315 and the view was amazing. Room was not big but was clean and comfortable. Since we needed to check out early so could not try breakfast but it seems there were various dishes. Location was not great enough cause it was not that close to the center of Manhattan but subway is fast and uber is convenient in NYC, it was not complaining. I am definitely willing to stay again in Courtyard World Trade Center.

  • The rooms in this hotel are very nice. I stayed in one with two beds, so that's the type or room I'll review. The room has a very nice area to put shoes in the entrance to the room floored with concrete, so you don't dirty up the carpet. The beds are nice, not uncomfortable at all. The desk area is actually very big and nice, and has a refrigerator inside a desk cabinet. The refrigerator works well, but takes 2+ hours to cool something. The bathroom is amazing. It's very spacy and large, and has a cool sliding door. The shower has a nice glass wall and sliding door on it. The controls aren't hard to pick up, if you're scared about that. The sink is pretty big and has a huge mirror with vanity lights on it.
