  • This is the worse hotel I ever stay. Not recommend anyone to stay. Hotel staff is unfriendly, rude, unhelpful and attitude problem. Room also small and unclean. I finally move out and move to The Watson Hotel wish provide excellent services. Do not be deceived by the near proximity to Time Square. The Watson Hotel can also easily access to Time Square. Just use your google maps and is also within distance. Besides, room rate is reasonable, room is cleaner and spacious. Best is The Watson hotel staff are willing to help in everyway they can. Unlike Hotel Central Fifth Avenue, you will face the worst nightmare especially if you brought anything online and send to there. The staff is so lazy to check over all the boxes to find your item but instead keep telling you cannot find your parcel. You must be very persistence to tell them you have notification that the parcel has been sent then they will reluctantly find it for you. Very problematic place to stay for your holidays in New York.

  • Location is perfect, but that it. The worst service I ever seen, front desk clerks are rude and stupid, especially at night. They absolutely do not know how to work with guests. If you want to pay for somebody, eg your wife, by your credit card from other city, you can not do it by phone, or through PayPal. The only way to do it is to fill out THE PAPER form and send it by email. To fill the paper form out you have to print it at least. How often we have the printer with us? How about a scanner in order to scan that paper form?

  • I put one star because I can't put 0. Arrived very tired after long flight. I booked a room for 4 people. When I arrived the reception told me that my room is not available so I'll have an other room. I took the keys and arrived in a room with one bed for 4 people. The day after I tried to explain my situation to the manager which told me that he have a system problem. Impossible to speak with him. I had to find an other hotel by myself. And I am still waiting for my money back. Do not go there.

  • Went with my family from June 22 to the 25 this year(2017). Staff is NOT FRIENDLY. My first night found a bed bug WALKING on the pillow, my husband took a picture, made a video, we capture it and took to the hotel manager. The manager tried to be nice asking if nobody was bitten or hurt, he also offered to change our room and wash our clothes. My sister that works in the hotel and hospitality business, in her home country was so pissed off and said that this behavior is unacceptable. The hotel should isolate the floor to guarantee the safety of other guests, and at least treat us with more respect. We were so disgusted by the bud that we wanted to change hotels, but we had pay for two rooms in advance and we also could not find a good hotel available on the same area. They ruined our family vacation! My mother in law got an eye infection at the same night we arrived, my husband got a fever and everybody else was totally disgusted and scared. The front desk staff were NOT nice and not friendly at all!! If you think it cannot get worse, on Sunday(25) before the check out I asked the manager BRANDON to do a late check out because our flight was going to be later and nobody was feeling good, HE SAID NO!!! So, we left the hotel SO VERY MUCH DISAPPOINTED as never before. Now we still waiting to have our security deposit back to our account...5 days already.

  • Due to computer problems originating from the hotel changing hands (it was originally a Holiday Inn), they have recently way overbooked and ended up having double bookings for a few people. Was downgraded from a room with two double beds to a room with one double bed and an inflatable (which I slept on). Still, they did refund the extra cost a double room would have cost, and when we talked to the manager on the second day, he was kind enough to provide me with an actual bed (a foldable one, but a bed nonetheless). Maybe wait a few more weeks before booking a room at this one.
