I put one star because I can't put 0. Arrived very tired after long flight. I booked a room for 4 people. When I arrived the reception told me that my room is not available so I'll have an other room. I took the keys and arrived in a room with one bed for 4 people. The day after I tried to explain my situation to the manager which told me that he have a system problem. Impossible to speak with him. I had to find an other hotel by myself. And I am still waiting for my money back. Do not go there.
Went with my family from June 22 to the 25 this year(2017). Staff is NOT FRIENDLY. My first night found a bed bug WALKING on the pillow, my husband took a picture, made a video, we capture it and took to the hotel manager. The manager tried to be nice asking if nobody was bitten or hurt, he also offered to change our room and wash our clothes. My sister that works in the hotel and hospitality business, in her home country was so pissed off and said that this behavior is unacceptable. The hotel should isolate the floor to guarantee the safety of other guests, and at least treat us with more respect. We were so disgusted by the bud that we wanted to change hotels, but we had pay for two rooms in advance and we also could not find a good hotel available on the same area. They ruined our family vacation! My mother in law got an eye infection at the same night we arrived, my husband got a fever and everybody else was totally disgusted and scared. The front desk staff were NOT nice and not friendly at all!! If you think it cannot get worse, on Sunday(25) before the check out I asked the manager BRANDON to do a late check out because our flight was going to be later and nobody was feeling good, HE SAID NO!!! So, we left the hotel SO VERY MUCH DISAPPOINTED as never before. Now we still waiting to have our security deposit back to our account...5 days already.
I am nice enough to give them 2 stars instead of 1 only because of the location. I booked this hotel via American Airline as prepaid and the hotel charged me as soon as the reservation was confirmed. When we arrived at the hotel, however, the front desk had no idea this reservation was already paid and still intended to charge me the full amount. AND, I stored my carry-on suitcase with a neck pillow the day we arrived, yet what I got later after 20 minutes waiting was the suitcase only. I know it was my fault not checking my pillow at that time, but SERIOUSLY? ASK YOUR CUSTOMER TO EMAIL 'a credit card number, expiration date and the three security numbers' TO YOU just to mail the thing that your staff forgot to hand back???? Don't think that your customers are that stupid and don't know that a UPSP flat rate large box only needs $18 from NYC to LA.
Very bad service. Small rooms and the breakfast wasn't good either. I'd happily pay another hundred bucks for another place.
we arrived on the 12thjuly 2017, very tired exausted but exited our first trip ever , arrived to a busy reception desk they had problems with there computer we checked in they gave us our room BUT they forgot to check if the room was ready for the next guess , so we open the door to our room and it was in shambles the floor attendant was on the floor so we asked her if this was normal and she was SURPRISED that they didn't check first to see if it was ready before handing out this room so she IMMIDIATELLY cleaned up the room changed the bedding washed bathroom passed vacum cleaned surfaces and appologized for this inconvience as the head of the cleaning dept came she was AMAZED also about all this happening she called front desk and told them we were very happy that this was resolved fast..as for the view of our room well there was none we were in a U shaped view had buildings in front of us and side of us and if you looked down you could see piles of garbage and junk we wanted to close the window curtains but there was only the sheer curtains no privacy curtains as for the other things like breakfast area well that was not good at all like everyone says its terrible juice was like drinking colored water with sugar in it coffee was discusting good thing there is a starbucks right in front of the hotel.. good points are that we found the personnel to be very nice and welcoming polite the hotel is close to all the main streets. so all in all we did love our stay there but we will be asking for a better room on the street side next time..
