  • The staff were extremely nice and laid back. Standard $17 drink minimum, but you can get 2 decent drinks at that price. The 8:30 Thursday show had a good selection of comedians. Would definitely return!

  • We enjoyed it. We went on Sunday night but there was a surprisingly long roster of comics on stage. For $25 admission and mandatory two drinks (minimum $17), I think the cost is not bad for live comedy in New York City. All of the comics were enjoyable. There's a range from hilarious to peculiar to lukewarm, depending on the listener, of course, but each one is fairly short, so it's never too bad. The room is small so everyone is close to the stage. Anyone could become part of the act. Just remember you are not paying to see Chris Rock, it's people trying to make it, and adjust your expectations. Two odd aspects: 1. You must show up at least 30 minutes before your show, but there's not much space to wait. 2. The drinks. Drinks at the bar before the show *don't count* towards the two-drink minimum! And check your bill carefully because tip may be included, even though there is a blank line for Tip.

  • I've been here tons of times, I bought Tickets on the street, and was told they were reusable, turned out everything checked out and have reused my tickets whenever I see comedians I like on the website. The 2 drink minimum is standard In NYC, so plan on spending about 20 bucks on 2 beers, still cheaper then other comedy clubs I've been to. That being said I've never been to a bad show and even got to meet Sal from Impractical Jokers! HIGHLY Recommend!

  • Love New York Comedy Club! Been a few times and great experience! Most importantly, great talented comics and you never know what comedy stud will drop in! One time I went Jim Gaffigan showed up unannounced and put up awesome 30 minute set! Fun team there who is only focused on you having a good time and fair prices too! Great night! Run not walk there! Highly recommend!

  • Dope, intimate spot. Got to see Andrew Schultz, which was really rad. Roast battle was sick, it was like a rap battle with jokes. A lot of performers with a broad variety of styles, and the waiting area, while slightly cramped, was cool if only for all the pictures. Only thing is that the show just kinda kept going, and while you're free to get up and leave whenever, you really feel for the struggling comics who gotta watch everybody dippin😔
