Kozara National Park is a protected national forest that is situated between the rivers Una, Sava, Sana and Vrbas, in the Republika Srpska entity of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The park is a dense forest packed with many wild animals like boars, foxes, deers, pheasants and many more. A small part of the forest is developed into a park for the public. The park offers many trails for hiking, walking, cycling, and biking. The park is great to picnic along with friends and family. The place being away from human encroachment lets you breathe in fresh air. You can enjoy your time by taking a quiet stroll through the park. The forest also served as a battleground during World War 2. There is a huge monument in the park about the World War 2 which is quite awe-inspiring.
