  • Visiting the area searching for a restoration Church was very difficult. Unfortunately many denominational churches call themselves Christian churches. Some calling themselves non denominational. Making it more difficult to recognize a true Restoration Church,. It would be very helpful if you noted that you are a restoration Christian Church somewhere in your about us. May God bless your works. It was great to be able to commune and worship with you.

  • There is a reason why Mountain is the most attended church in Harford County. These people know the Bible, quote what is written, talk about what it meant then, and how we can apply these words to find the most rewarding path for our lives without the 'stuff' that only works for a short time. As a person raised under church doctrine, I found it easy to rebel until I hit bottom and sought out the answers to life through spirituality. I researched many faiths (Judaism, Buddhism, and Hinduism) which led me to read the Bible for the first time. Fast forward- Mountain only dictates what is in the Bible, what it meant back then, and how we may apply it to our lives to an amazing result. Pastor's Ben, Nathan, Luke, and Jared each bring a wonderful enriching experience to the Word. Each one becomes my favorite after I hear their sermon. See for yourself.

  • I finally found a church to call home you have to come in and experience a service here you will absolutely love it The people at Mountain Christian Church truly love and care about you ! 😇

  • Most amazing church for teens too! I am in the teens group and I love it and feel loved by all.

  • If you are looking for a church that will grow your knowledge of the scriptures by opening the Bible on Sunday morning and preaching a message from God's Word, MOUNTAIN IS NOT FOR YOU. However, If you are looking to be entertained by an over-rehearsed group of musicians, followed by a message, the primacy of which is slice of life stories with a well placed witticism for a chuckle, with a Bible verse at some point thrown in here and there, with people walking out the door "feeling" good about themselves without conviction of sin or need of a Savior - because it is not preached - you've found the right community. You will feel right at home. A mile wide and an inch deep, with rampant Bible illiteracy among the faithful that attend there. My family and I have been at Mountain for quite a while, and are grieved by witnessing the steady decline of faithfulness to the Gospel message over the years at this church, apparently not to offend anyone....but at what cost?
