  • Free Coffee. I guess that's good? Otherwise the people walk right past you. It's another corporate, mega-church, pushing small / community groups. The pastor lives a few houses down from me, and in all of the years we've been neighbors, he has never walked over and said hello. He doesn't even return a wave, when I'm driving by. No one in his family does. It's no surprise then that his congregation is equally impersonal. In the end, I suppose, beautiful and conformist people will always have great reviews of such a church. It's just another place to make friends. But for those of us who are seeking true answers, and a deeper connection to our church, and God, Mountain is not the place.

  • Visiting the area searching for a restoration Church was very difficult. Unfortunately many denominational churches call themselves Christian churches. Some calling themselves non denominational. Making it more difficult to recognize a true Restoration Church,. It would be very helpful if you noted that you are a restoration Christian Church somewhere in your about us. May God bless your works. It was great to be able to commune and worship with you.

  • There is a reason why Mountain is the most attended church in Harford County. These people know the Bible, quote what is written, talk about what it meant then, and how we can apply these words to find the most rewarding path for our lives without the 'stuff' that only works for a short time. As a person raised under church doctrine, I found it easy to rebel until I hit bottom and sought out the answers to life through spirituality. I researched many faiths (Judaism, Buddhism, and Hinduism) which led me to read the Bible for the first time. Fast forward- Mountain only dictates what is in the Bible, what it meant back then, and how we may apply it to our lives to an amazing result. Pastor's Ben, Nathan, Luke, and Jared each bring a wonderful enriching experience to the Word. Each one becomes my favorite after I hear their sermon. See for yourself.
