  • Well maintained, artificially created habitat has turned natural. I saw many such birds including humming birds flourishing in the habitat naturally. One can plan a full day trip to the zoo. There are lot to see, including penguins. Alain zoo have all facilities. I went in group with family and friends, we took foods along with us and enjoyed having the same beneath big trees.

  • Great place to bring kids. Ideal to visit in winter since the zoo is quite large and lot of walking involved. Avoid visiting around lunch time as many of the animals will be in feeding or sleeping and not visible to visitors. There is a train that covers all major exhibits in the park. Very inexpensive tickets. Expensive souvenirs as always. You are allowed to take your own food in and enjoy your meal. Grassy parks to let kids play. Beautiful scenic route to the new entrance with attractions to see even before entering the Zoo.

  • If you haven't been to this zoo yet, you DEFINITELY should! We went pretty late to the zoo and couldn't see a lot of animals or anything at all, I would say! I would recommend anyone going to spend a whole day at the zoo. It does take a lot of time to go around the whole place. Also, it quite difficult to navigate through the zoo, so download their app for a map or just get a hard copy at the ticket counter. Very helpful. There are lot of cafeterias inside at regular intervals and also lots of places to just sit and relax. Neat and clean toilets. They also have tram/train services. But no signs or instructions showing the pickup location or time whatsoever. We walked a long way, but missed the train by minutes. My only suggestion would be to improve signage. Place maps showing the present location at regular intervals so people don't get lost. Otherwise a very very nice place. Will definitely visit again to tour the whole zoo! :)

  • Very nice place in the Heart of desert... it has been managed very well with lots of wild animal's home, kids enjoy this place it bas got various sections i.e. green parks, children's play area, learning centres etc.. it consists of various trees collection which are rare now a days. If you are planning to visit this place on weekends then be on time along with your food, it will be a very long but you will have fun walking to look around.

  • Very nice zoo. The authorities have revamped the over all layout and have also introduced many new attractions including the desert museum, it's really nice and a must visit place. The bird show is another attraction which is something not to be missed but be very sure regarding the timings and is best to double check the timing once you visit.
