  • As a Melbournian’s first time in Adelaide, was very impressed with this place. Great old school look and feel about it. Excellent music playing on the speakers. And friendly staff.

  • I love the beer garden! (even though you can't smoke). A quiet spot to read with a jug & a pint glass in the afternoon. Warm & cozy. Busy in the evenings, at meal times & on weekends. Tunes are usually pretty good. Posters, flyers, street mags for a hit of culture. Very cool.

  • Long time fave place. Some weekend nights randomly seem busy and others quiet. Great local bands too.

  • An East End hotel with a pub atmosphere and live music.

  • I want to say a huge thankyou to the staff at the Exeter last Saturday, 16th December. We are a large family group with many grandchildren, and the wonderful girls were marvelous with the kids as well as the adults. Food was great, served quickly, even though very busy. Thank you for putting up with us lol... We will return lol..
