Governor Hindmarsh Hotel Reviews & Ratings
Fantastic venue for 1000 people. Front bar is great and always has a band or music of some sort on. Beers are excellent. Good selection of craft beer and Aussie beers. Meals are excellent and plenty of range. Staff are super helpful and prompt. Not waiting, always trying to get you served. The place when a band is out the back to I'll be packed and busy and it's great. An icon of Adelaide's music scene.
Great atmosphere to see bands.. many times I've heard the singer describe it as one of their favorite places to play.. good view from anywhere in the room
Had a great night catching up with an old & dearly loved friend and as an added bonus, it was ukulele night! Great atmosphere!
Long-standing Classic venue for all that is music in Adelaide. Great Fringe show Kaleidoscope Eyes (playing Beatles) and Satisfaction (playing The Stones) - crowd loved it - sadly reminded me my childhood was a long time ago lol.
One of the last good live music venues in Adelaide. Can't comment on the food yet.
