This isolated wilderness region on the Bay of Fundy offers some of the best coastal trekking in Nova Scotia. It typically takes three days to traverse the 55 km coastal circuit, which features beautiful coastline, isolated harbors, and sheer sea cliffs. With 29 km of pristine beachfront, it is better referred to as a wilderness park. Wilderness hiking, back-country camping and sea kayaking are the best things to do at Cape Chignecto Park. The Eatonville day-use park, which is located on the Apple River, offers tourists a network of accessible trails, viewing platforms, and picnic areas. In addition to planning your route and making campground reservations, all hikers must register at the visitor center.
