“I would love to spend all my time writing to you; I'd love to share with you all that goes through my mind, all that weighs on my heart, all that gives air to my soul; phantoms of art, dreams that would be so beautiful if they could come true.”This was the essence of the famous Nobel Prize winning author, Luigi Pirandello. Set in the quiet countryside, on the banks of river Chaos is his birthplace. One can only imagine how it would be growing up in such a lovely place. Although the author did not live here all his life, he spent most of his summers confined to the simplicities and enjoying the small pleasures of life. The house exhibits his family photographs, his paintings and letters. Various documents and editions of plays and novels are available on display. Take a tour around the house and feel the life of your favorite author.
