Auto World Vintage Car Museum - Review
‘Auto World’ is a part of the most important collections of antique vehicles including cars, buses, utility vehicles, motorcycles, buggies, etc. It has been built by one family and maintained by it since last century. It houses cars from all parts of the world and of all ages.
This museum showcases cars and vehicles from that part of history when cars were not a mere source of transport but they were a symbol of class, luxury, power and style. The grand limousines, the charming convertibles and the fantastic sports cars along with the royal category cars with back seats like railway salons, horse drawn carriages, boat tailed wooden speedsters and the shooting brakes cars made for the hi class people.
This museum is built on a vast area and showcases more than a 100 variety of cars and vehicles. The finest cars include Rolls Royces, Bentleys, Dailmers, Langondas, Mercedes, Maybach, Packards, Cadillacs, Buicks, auburns, Cord, Lancias, Lincolns, Chryslers and many other varieties from the vlassic collections of USA and Europe. Most of these have been created by famous and vintage car companies like Hooper, Barker, Garney-Nutting, Fleetwood, Labaron, etc. there were all built differently without any machines according to the orders of the royal customers and the rich and famous. There are lovely convertibles available for a luxurious evening ride along the Dastan Estates also.
Other attractions at the Auto World Car Museum include auditorium, souvenir shops, a cafeteria and a station for vintage car rides. It is the largest vintage car collection house in India and one of the best in the world. Here you will be able to enjoy a fusion of scientific technology along with pure art.

Auto World Vintage Car Museum, Ahmedabad Reviews
Visited here for 2-3 hours. We went there around 4pm so we did not use the traditional restaurant on the right side. Though there is a nice snack restaurant on right side where coconut water and sugarcane juice is available. There is no fee for parking or visiting these restaurants. Then there is a very small park with some kids rides(3 to 4 total) and some indoor game zone(most machines do not work so buy coins after checking which work) At end there is vintage car park which has an entry fee. Its 100rs for adults and 50rs for kids. 100rs extra for taking photos. They give an id to hang around the neck so their guys inside can identify who are allowed to take photographs inside. Collection of cars is big enough for you to feel that now you have seen enough. Worth a visit.
Great collection of vintage cars. You may find almost all old cars from England, U. S., France, Italy etc. I personally liked Cadillac, it’s awesome old car with great look. Museum has good surroundings and enough parking space with children play area, food, etc. So it’s complete package for a family to visit this place.
Well, the place isn't something very fascinating. Probably everything is chargeable. You'll even need to pay to be allowed to click photographs. The vintage car is a whopping ₹ 1000/- for just a meager 1km, which would not take more than 5 minutes. The entry price has also been hiked from ₹ 50 to ₹ 100. Photography charges are at ₹ 100. The canteen serves awesome Gujarat snacks and are freshly made. The place is good for only viewing vintage car, but, overall nothing very amazing.
A unique vintage collection of 106+ cars collected from all across the country. Most of the cars are from kings and lords of different Indian cities like Mysore, Jaipur, Baroda and more. The car collection mainly comes from manufacturers like Cadillac, Rolls Royce, Chevrolet, Buick, and few more. The entry fee is Rs. 100/- per head and + Rs 100/- for taking pictures. There is no lot of staff members but few which are there to direct you and guide you. Parking here is free which is a good thing. Overall campus is clean and well maintained. The adjacent building inside the campus serves as a private resort/hotel where you can book rooms and make your stay. The best part here is that there are peacocks and other birds freely roaming inside the campus. So it's a beautiful view to see these birds from so close and in their natural habitat. There is a small cafeteria which served fresh juices, coconut water (must try). Washrooms are clean and maintained. If you are a automobiles or car fan - it's worth going once.
A place truly a museum, a collection of more than 100 vintage cars, a few bikes. Rolls Royce, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Cadillac, Chrysler, Daimler, Bentley to name a few of the varied collection. Limousines, Sedan, Coupe, hatchback, Salon, Convertible, Victorian and cars of many other types. Cars from various Royal families have been kept for display. Maintained in a very good condition, and a per the guide, all cars are in working condition. A small but lovely cafeteria is there, local Gujarati snacks and thali available. Lovely good it is. Snacks served Steaming hot. A place worth a visit.
