Named after an Englishman, Mr. Foy who came with the idea of the artificial lake as a measure to tackle the harshest conditions of famine, Foy Sagar Lake is one of the popular tourist spots in Ajmer. Overlooking the Aravalli mountains, Foy Sagar Lake is an ideal picnic spot for the tourists and try visiting the lake in the evening to catch a glimpse of a mesmerizing sunset.
