  • 4.2 on scale of all things. I had to hold it in after the waiter came around, took his time reading the specials, only to come back and hit 2 strikes off the bat for being out of lobsters, (they didn't come in and why not tell me when sitting us) and then they were out of a basic 1/2 bottle of the merlot I had my eye on. They made up for it in the bacon wrapped fillet, rare; flavor was among the best you can do to my liking. Great smoke flavor. So we made surf and turf with a shared order of crab legs. $210 dinner should have been about 140-150, maybe. And $30 of that was for drinks, an alternate 1/2 bottle. Great atmosphere, professional service and tasty food. 'Will return when I'm back in town for a visit.

  • Very good food. I ordered the Henry IV which is a bacon wrapped filet served on an artichoke. The steak was cooked perfectly. This is a good place to go on a date. Wouldn't call it exactly fine dining but it is very very good quality

  • Always a pleasure to dine here. Food and service are the best and quality is consistent. The setting is intimate and relaxing. Cozy booths in the back are great for two. Have enjoyed the service and conversation of Steve and other servers for years and the chef's creations are great! I always have to get the special salad, and the Henry filet is a classic.

  • Absolutely loved this restaurant! I was so happy to get end of night reservations here. They got us seated before closing and even though it was late they never made us feel rushed, and the staff was superb, professional, and just delightful. Celebrating our anniversary this was exactly what we had hoped for! Thank you gentleman for a wonderful dinner!

  • When I called to make a reservation the person on the other end, Steve, was very rude and even tried to have me call back. Two of our plates were chipped and could have cut someone. The view of the kitchen is nice if you like looking at grimy surfaces and what looks like lint mixed with grease. The food is dated, like something you would expect to order in the 1960's. When we were leaving the owner was ogling my girlfriend with a caveman-like drooling stare. Considering my initial experience over the phone, I should have turned around and found somewhere else to eat. However I gave antiquity a chance and was sorely disappointed. That is one night of my life that I will never get back.
