We knew about this place by chance, but it was one of the most amazing moments during our visit to Alex. The museum is really very clean, elegant and well organized. It displays the luxury of the kings' lives in Egypt around the year 1800 AD. It has many sections containing their jewelry, their games, there bottles and drinking staff, even their bathrooms. You will definitely admire the perfection of the items displayed there. Highly recommended !!
A magnificent museum with several rooms each has special amazing decorations, besides the jewelry and the stuff the royal people used to use. You can know the how abouts of their lives through the way they thought of life and the richness they had. I recommend visiting it.
Great for a quick one hour tour in Alex. Showcases jewels of the last royal family of Egypt. The palace itself is quite enjoyable to walk through. Prices are extremely cheap. You have to pay 20 pounds for a photography permit but it's worth it. The outdoor grounds are very well kept.
A must see in Alex. A great opportunity to enjoy beauty and sophistication and just travel through time to an era where things were made with care and love. History lover or not, visit the museum on a quiet afternoon while in the mood for it.
Wonderful place and amazing items, highly recommend to visit it and buy a camera ticket because many pictures you will want to take
