  • Very nice beach. The sand is lovely and the ocean azure blue. During high season this beach is a little bit too crowded and it's not a place for relaxing. But with really good restaurants on the beach this place comes highly recommended.

  • This beach is a brief walk away from the center of the city of Alghero, is has public areas as well as organized area with beach access, berths and cabins. The water is clear and warmer than in the surrounding bays, the view on Alghero, the little rock of La Maddalenetta and the coast around Lazzaretto on the other side the perfect frame for a day on the beach. If you walk further off the city of Alghero you will then find just 10 minutes away the dunes and the beach of Santa Maria, a public beach with the whitest sand and the most beautiful dunes as well as typical pine trees of the mediterranean area.

  • If you've got just a few hours and want to take the sun come to this part of the algherese Beach. If you've got a full morning or afternoon and want the best beach alghero has to offer then go to the pinetta, it's only a km further away, it's easy to find.

  • The place where you sit and smile all the time, and bars there are really good, the place has a spirit of joy either you visit it in the day time or even in the night

  • Nice beach, but can be quite crowded. There are a lot of particles in the water and on the watersedge from vegitation. We rather payed €1.50 for a busticket to get to Mari Pia beach. However this beach is easy to walk to from the old City Center.
