  • Nice museum, very modern and has a no-nonsense lay-out. For a very reasonable admittance you get many displays and a lot of information about the archeology of the region divided in five time periods. Important information for non-Spanish or non-Catalan visitors. Information in all the non-digital displays is only in the Spanish or Catalan language; you will need to take the audio tour, if you want information about the displays or time periods of the finds.

  • Very nice museum! For a really low price (3 euros per adult and 1,5 for students), you can learn a little more about Alicante. However, it should be noted that most explanations are in Spanish. The temporary exhibit about prehistoric art was very extensive. The museum also has a bar/restaurant, which is a must try after your visit! For very reasonable prices, they serve exquisite tapas (note that the friendly staff speaks mostly spanish)!

  • Excellent museum! Especially the Rupuestre (rock art) exhibition with film, cave effects and good explications

  • Great museum, wonderful rock art some of the best I have seen, well worth a visit,x

  • Very touching place seeing the caves drawing and bones. Negative point a video and all writings are in Spanish so not understandable for non Spanish speaking
