  • Price is good. But it takes me almost 3 to 5 minutes to walk through camp was fun but so hot it made me sick. I rarely see any workers to ask questions. Defiantly not for older kids younger kids might enjoy. I much rather Lone Star Scales and Tails Amarillo

  • One of the spider monkeys was eating breakfast while holding onto a FROG!! We watched for 15 minutes and he was still holding onto that frog! The lions were putting on a vocal show like I've never heard before! It was a real joy! Not very big place but animals were happy and healthy!! No gift shop..

  • We have taken our family here several times. We love the fact that the animals are so much closer than a big Zoo. It seems like you can enjoy the animals better because you are closer to tham. We enjoyed our time at the Amarillo zoo. Loved the lions, tigers, and bears. It's small but nice. It took less than 2 hrs to see. The grounds were very neat and clean, and the keepers we're friendly.

  • Love this zoo! Perfect for a short day or side trip while in town. Exceptionally reasonably priced! 4 year old had a blast

  • This was a small zoo but it has been kept up and it's not expensive at all. The animals weren't real active when we were there but we saw all of them and we were closer to them than other zoos allow. I plan to visit again the next time I'm in Amarillo.
