Comfort Inn & Suites, Amarillo Reviews - Write a Review

  • Very nice, clean place. Good beds. Not so good water pressure. But it got the job done. Front host was nowhere to be found. A small line developed behind us. She comes smelling of cigarettes. Apologized for the wait and offered us a suite for the same price. Breakfast ends at 9; so no sleeping in at this place!

  • The location was a little hard to get to due to road construction. The room was very nice and up to date. The breakfast bar was really good. It had a great sized pool and jacuzzi

  • Nice room. All the usual stuff. Comfy bed, soft towels, decent breakfast. The night front desk staff could have been nicer though. We got into town a little late and called ahead to make sure our room was held (we've had that happen at other hotels) and the person on the phone was very short with me. "What do you want? Well, what's your name?" Just not a nice tone. I'd say maybe I was keeping her from something, which maybe she had things to do, but we were on the phone for a total of 28 seconds, so I think she could have spared that for a guest. If that didn't happen, I would have given five stars.

  • Nice rooms, friendly staff, good location near lots of good restaurants, easy on-off I-40.

  • Comfortable and large rooms. The lobby is nice too. The showers don't have a lot of water pressure, and the shower heads are short. At night, the hotel from the outside looks dark and uninviting.
