The origins of Santa Brigida Church dates back to 1609 while the Church is said to have been founded somewhere between 1640 and 1730. The Church has been dedicated to the Swedish Queen who later on a pilgrimage to the city became Santa Brigida. The frescos, the vault of the naves, the dome and all the other aspects are impressive and worth admiring. The Church on this day appears to be hidden in Galleria Umberto I and just the facade dating back to 19th century can be seen from the outside. The Santa Brigida Church truly is a gem of a place and upon visiting you would be able to appreciate the stunning architecture.
