Nieuwe Kerk - Review
NieuweKerk is a 15th century church which is located at the Dam square. The church has gained a lot of popularity for its beautiful and soulful architecture and sees a lot of tourists all the year round. The destination which was formerly used as a place for church services today is used as an exhibition space. There is also a museum store in the destination which you can look at.

Nieuwe Kerk, Amsterdam Reviews
Visited here while attending The World Press Photography Exhibit 2018...its last day in Amsterdam... stunning architecture & history... one of Amsterdam’s finest old buildings.. so glad I got to experience this beautiful church & witness this exhibition..
I visited while the World Photo Press Exhibit was ongoing. It was an eye opening experience seeing those photographs of war and human sufferings in large formats. I've seen some of those pictures online, but the visual impact of a large format display is moving. We live our daily lives blinded by what's going on outside our own backyard. Some of those pictures and short films are heart breaking.
if you go with a guide, he will tell you interesting things about the past! I enjoyed as a guy that likes to know things.
Beautiful.. a little expensive for what you get. But beautiful. Must see in Amsterdam city centre
On the website closing time at 18.00 hours indicated, but in fact the register desk closes at 17.30 hours. World Press Photo exhibition is very good. You need at least 1 hour for visiting.
