Vondelpark, Amsterdam Reviews
I loved this park, we went on the KINGS DAY long weekend to party and it was just unbelievable! The atmosphere was insane, and just so easy going at the same time. Everyone was chilling together, partying, playing, and all ages were mingling in celebration. Honestly, it was surreal. Maybe due to the space cakes it was enhanced, but the stroll we took through this park will not be forgotten!
A very nice park near the museum quarter and lovely to have a walk before/after seeing some museums. We didn't walk around the whole park, but it was very pleasant, as long as you take care on the cycle paths. I really enjoyed taking photos of the parakeets in the park, they are so cute and full of character.
I love this park, its my favourite and one of the best places to visit in Amsterdam. The atmosphere is nice. Its got quiet spots and busier areas. People like to jog and cycle around this park, as well as relax on the grass next to the water or near the many trees. On warm, sunny days this makes a great place to chill. And on calm autumn nights, it makes a perfect spot for a nice quiet walk. I have so many amazing memories of this place!
Love this place! Beautiful large park right in the heart of the city. Totally a good place to chill out, relax, play or have a picnic with friends in the summer. Walking distance from Leidseplein. Also, you'll find lot of people jogging or running. Totally worth a visit!
The Vondelpark is a great place for a Sunday stroll. It’s bustling but peaceful with walkers and cyclists side by side. There’s a variety of spots to sit or enjoy refreshments. Also a place for mushroom sporting.
