  • This place was awesome! We wanted to see something different from the ocean on our vacation and this is what we found! The walking areas are nice and off the ground. The first one we walked on we seen a gator. My kids are 12 and 15 and they loved it!

  • First time here and I loved it. Downside is that there is no shade at all and the mosquitoes are ferocious during the day, and I was told by the nice lady at the welcome center that at nightime is when they get really bad. A few of the trails I didn't feel safe taking because there were just paths on the grass with bushes and tall grass on the sides. But have some elevated ones that are really cool. I didn't get to see any crocodiles out of the water but it still was a nice experience. I saw some people fishing just didn't really see any body catching anything.

  • Great place to see wildlife and take photos of birds. We frequently go out there to catch fish and blue crab. It's a lot of fun for kids to learn about nature and to fish. We picnic out there, but we make sure to never litter out there to protect the environment.

  • Love this place. I do there as often as possible to take photos and unwind. The hurricane Harvey did massive damage there, but they are doing a beautiful and speedy job of bringing it back as good if not better than before. The staff is very warm and friendly. And there few places that give you the close up wild life photo opportunities. A must do that to my list.

  • Great place to go relax and enjoy being outdoors, variety of wildlife that we saw included, alligators, a bobcat with a baby, lots of different birds and the fishing was ok on this trip.
