The name means City Festival Hall, and in that function it is exemplary. Its architecture, restored and innovated upon after a fire in 2000, is magnificent and modern, and every inch of it breathes opulence. It was built specifically to host Antwerp’s many civil functions. It’s a popular place for exhibitions, markets and even lunch. Any hour you spend here is bound to be lively.

  • Wonderful example on how to rebuild a place integrating old original and modern architecture. I would like to have the center clean of stores. Shops should be in the space around only. Even so, it is one of my favourite places in Antwerp.

  • Incredible building with lots to see and visit. The decor is awe inspiring so be prepared to spend some time looking up at the ceiling!

  • It is always a pleasure to come here for shopping as there are several other shops and restaurants. Two of my favourite places to visit here are Sasha Shoes Shop and Habitat (Household items and Furniture) on the top level. Unfortunately, Habitat has closed permanently.

  • Big place but the way it is decorated it has a warm and cosy feeling walking from one store to another so it is worth visiting for sure

  • This shopping mall is one of the most antique or I can say the awesome mall in whole Belgium I have ever been. It looks like some royal building is being used for this shopping mall. Even it is located near the city centre of Antwerp. I loved this place which has many options to have food and healthy drinks options and also many home accessories shops. It has stair cases in both ends which makes more stylish and unique. They have restaurants on the top floor to have fantastic views of the mall like you can literally see the entire floor plan. I would highly recommend this place to visit when you are in Antwerp. Hope to visit again in some time to enjoy the handmade cupcakes and fruit smoothies to satisfy my tummy.
