  • Great area and facilities. Would be good to have another camp kitchen on both sides of the grounds. Great common room, fun kids area, tennis court needs a looking after, Good selection of powered sites to suit different people and plenty of non powered as well. Definitely recommend!! 😀

  • A lovely, well set out facility with obliging staff. The amenities are aged but immaculate. The sites are large with easy access and grassed areas. Pity it will cease to be available in the near future due, apparently, to the site has been sold for development. A pity with Armidale having only one other caravan park. I wonder what RV will do if they wish to visit Armidale?

  • This is a tourist park that has seen better days. While it was clean and tidy, it was clearly in need of an upgrade. The pool wasn’t kid friendly (no shallow end) and it wasn’t heated. The games room wasn’t very big. Common showers were clean and the hot water was great.

  • Review of Armidale Tourist Caravan Park Cabin, Friday 7 September. First please book your van park or motel/hotel direct with their website or telephone direct. If you don’t you will be paying for a commission being paid to some off shore billionaire. Don’t book through some of these so called sites that claim to give you a better deal. It’s utter BS! Also please check the room before you part with the money! I paid for a cabin at a price was fair. Opened the door and all seemed fine. But discovered the following, settee needed cushions to stop the springs going up your !@?#?. A supplied scrubbing brush and scourer for the kitchen was disgusting and was discarded! The bedroom light came on when it wanted. The sliding door had not slid for a number of years! The mattress belonged in the same era as the sliding door! Did I mention cleanliness? Well there’s another point, it needed much more attention. Definitely cannot recommend this site/cabin 40.

  • Nice quiet caravan park. Stayed in a budget cabin. Sleeping well. One hot plate not working and supplied knife very blunt. All other amenities great for the price range
