Porto roxa is a famous tourist attraction where you can enjoy swimming in hot summer days also. You can grab the chance to enjoy multiple water games in the water. You can sit in the beach or on the cliffs to enjoy the sunset view. It houses a platform from where you can dive straight into the water. It gives access to the visitors with cars and hence a separated car parking area is also placed here. Several bars are housed near the spot where you can find decent selection of drinks. You can fill your tummies with a variety of food from the tavernas which are situated near the beach of the Porto roxa.

Porto Roxa Reviews & Ratings
If you are into snorkelling, this place is a must visit. There are sunbeds for free near the initial tavernas, but the true gem lies near the jumping platform(at end of the road, in the direction you arrive). The tavern there is good for lunch and the sunbeds it provides (3 euros for a sunbed and a soft drink) provide the greatest views and are the closest to the lovely alcoves below. Go there early (9 ish) to make sure you get a sunbed.
Great place. Free sun beds and the best thing is the swing beds. Also free. Went to the first restaurant as the menus seemed more for locals. The lamb and potatoes are a must as is the goat and potatoes. Second restaurant said oh you English. We do burgers. Please I'm in Greece and want local dishes. Trust me the first restaurant is a must.
Beautiful lava stone shore line. With a small port from where you can also swim and dive into the water from 3 meters high. Very clear water.
Nice and not overcrowded...free sunbeds if you have a drink. Rocky shores, sea had some big waves. Fun and relaxing
Very beautiful view, free parking and also free sunbeds. Although it feels necessary to order something from the taverna you're sitting at. The waves were too big when I was there, therefore i wasn't able to swim.
