  • The hardware was good and the staff was friendly and responsive. That unfortunately is where the pleasantries end. My friends and I went recently and had an incredibly dissapointing experience. Unfortunately this was due to the patrons of the establishment. The atmosphere was not conducive to gaming whatsoever. It was louder than most clubs, at times the staff even had music playing that we could hear over our headphones. Individuals were literally screaming across the room at one another and sometimes even flirting the the line of being offensive and troll-like. The biggest reason I am taking this to the review section is because what was most frustrating was that the staff did nothing to moderate the environment. At times they would even add fuel to the fire by talking loudly to their friends who were playing. My friends and I were in discord, we had set our mic sensitivity to the point where we had to speak with a stern voice just to be heard and yet we heard other various very loud players coming through those headsets more prominently than we heard one another. If this is not how it is most evenings, I say I am sorry for a negative review based on one experience. If this is how it is frequently though, than this business stands as a testament for why people should save up for their own gaming rigs.

  • This place is not really that fun. Loud with nerdy kids cursing frequently, along with uncomfortable set ups. If you own a pc, coming to this place has no point. While it has a cheap price point, you are still only able to play the games you own. Sure it has nice BenQ monitors, but the mouse and keyboard provided aren't that great, so bringing your own is recommended. This may be a nice place to come with a group of your friends to LAN together with, but having just my friend and I there, it felt as if there were possibly more fun, better ways to spend our time. TL;DR: don't come here if you aren't having a full on LAN party. Too many cringey kids with annoying ass music 24/7
