The St Peter's Church is an active Anglican parish church which along with 4 other local Churches forms a part of the Parish of the Good Shepherd. The Church has been designated as a Grade-II listed building and is said to have been constructed somewhere between 1821 and 1824. The church has been built in ashlar stone and consists of a slate roof while there are galleries on the three sides of the Church. The architecture of both the interior and the exterior are truly admirable and everything right from the stained-glass windows, the tower, the bell, and other elements are exemplary. If you love medieval architecture, a visit to the St Peter's Church would surely prove to be a wonderful experience.
