Grottos Trail Reviews & Ratings
So cool. You have to go down into the ice cave. We went in July and the ice had t melted. Great short hike all The way around is like 3/4 mile. Beautiful scenery.
Good trails. Beautiful views, mostly easy hike. Only consideration, ride from Aspen is a bit winding road with a few narrow passages.
One of the best places around here. This is almost a hidden gem. These water falls are really breathtaking.
Really. It's a freaking cavern system!!! That's awesome! Its awesome! Go visit! And obviously, be respectful of nature.
Great day hike located immediately off the highway coming down from Independence Pass to Aspen. There are multiple routes for people of every age and experience. The Ice caves hold huge blocks of ice well into the summer and transport you to a different world. If you're driving over the pass you HAVE TO stop here even just for a 5 minute break from the windy drive!!
