  • We loved this hotel. We come to Atlanta every year, and we have stayed in different hotels each time. From now on it will be this one. Can't say enough good things about it. We always try to stay in a Comfort Inn whenever we go somewhere, but it's not always feasible. So we were delighted when we discovered this one so close to our yearly event in Atlanta. And it exceeded expectations! Already made reservations for next year's event. They even gave us our same room for next year! What great service! Shout out to all the employees who were hardworking and friendly, making us feel so welcome! Everyone from the manager to the housekeeping, from the front desk folks to the folks who served the breakfast, even the maintenance guy- everyone just was so friendly, and made us feel welcome! We loved them all! made us feel like family! Thank you for going above and beyond!

  • Only stayed one night but here are my observations. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the tv worked and the mini fridge kept my beer cold. Security constantly patrolling the parking lot made me feel safe. Bonus: there was a hot tub in the room only steps from the bed. I didn't use it but it gave me a helluva good laugh.

  • We just came home from a wonderful trip to Atlanta and stayed at this Comfort Inn for 6 nights. It is an older hotel but it is very clean and the staff was friendly and polite. My family and I felt safe and enjoyed our stay. We were basically 10 minutes maximum from anything that you wanted to see in downtown Atlanta. At night they did have a security guard that circled the parking lot. My 2 complaints are that the pool seemed cloudy, green and the eggs at breakfast needed a little help. Please consider this hotel for a clean and reasonably priced hotel.

  • We stayed here for 3 nights in August. The staff were friendly and very helpful and the breakfast was adequate. There is bus stop just outside of the hotel for the short ride into Centre of Atlanta. We had no problem with our room but other areas of the hotel could do with an upgrade. Elaine and Neil from Scotland.

  • Booking a choice hotel, you’d think they’re all on the same level-except this one. From the moment we arrived at night (hotel was unlit, parking was sparse and in a fenced in area, and the man working had a bullet proof vest on) the hotel was very unwelcoming. There was sticky stuff on the lobby floor and then the elevator had a sticky floor as well. (The one that wasn’t out of order that is) The room I booked was a king suite but instead I received 2 double beds and it wasn’t a suite. The room was dirty, the breakfast in the morning was nothing like other choice hotels (in a bad way) and then when I checked out (a day early because it was that bad I couldn’t bear to stay another night, the checkout desk never asked me how my stay was so none of this could’ve gotten brought up. Then, come to find out, they charged my card for 3 nights, when I only stayed one. Nonetheless I am beyond unhappy.
