Probably the best value stadium in the world. All good and drinks are very affordable. They clearly value their fans! I wish they took this approach in Australia... May have to come back to Atlanta just to enjoy another basketball game here. Awesome stuff!!
Always quick to get into and out of during big events. You can't beat the convenience to all of the restaurants nearby in and around the CNN center that you can go to before any event. MARTA station very close and convenient if you choose to use.
Had general admission tickets for the twenty one pilots show yesterday and was treated like absolute garbage by the staff. They saw us as nothing more than mindless cattle, ignoring us as we pleaded with them to listen to how we could stay safe. We know how rough the fanbase is. We know they are prone to borderline savage behavior when it comes to cutting lines. Our idea of safety, after being to multiple shows for this band in the past, was orderly and calm. Their idea of safety, barely knowing the name of the band, caused stampedes and multiple injuries. ***It took someone calling the head of security of the venue for us to even be allowed to leave the 10 hour line to pee! I considered giving them two stars, since they did hand out water to people in the pit but ***EDIT: I just found out that the band cleared out a local grocery store to ensure we had enough water. What was once the venue's one (1) redeeming quality turned out to not even be them but the band taking care of its fans. I don't usually leave reviews, good or bad, but this was exceptionally horrible. I love live music, but I cannot see myself ever returning to this arena no matter the band. "like a good neighbor, State Farm is there".... wrong.
Great venue. Helpful and friendly staff. Reasonably priced food and drinks. Comfortable seats.
Big place. Had a great time here with my family and friends. The seats are a bit small but my time was worth every penny
