Went on a Saturday evening. Had to wait about 45-50 min but the food was WELL WORTH the wait! Great servers and waitresses. I just think there are a couple of minor adjustments that could be made in order to keep the crowd moving. 😎 Fantastic lighting and atmosphere! Will revisit this location again.
Our waitress, Roxy, was great. The issue was with the food. I've ordered Evelyn's Favorite Pasta a hundred times from various locations, and it was always excellent. Tonight, though, it wasn't. It didn't even seem freshly made; it wasn't very hot when I got it, some of the vegetables were a little mushy, and it was missing an ingredient (pine nuts. Which I admit I didn't notice until I was almost done with it, though I COULD tell from the start that something was different). It was just a little disappointing. This won't keep me from going back, as it was a first. I just hope it's truly an anomaly and not the norm now.
We were there to celebrate my sons 22ND birthday. After a 35min wait on a Saturday night we got a great table that accommodated my wheelchair easily. Our waiter Terrance was a dream. He suggested some awesome cocktails and appetizers. My only complaint was the clam chowder I did not have any clams in my entire bowl. But I had enough potatoes to end the potatoes famine. This was the worst soup I ever had it was grainy and bland. The remainder of the meal was incredible. I had the fish and chips. It was fantastic. A generous potion of crisp fish and son less than stellar fries, creamy coleslaw rounded out the dish. It was delicious. I finished up with the Tiramisu cheesecake and espresso they even sang happy birthday to my son. Overall it was a wonderful night. Terrance our waiter helped make the night special and fun.
Food was excellent. Very large portions. Our waiter was great. Ask for Anthony. He was very friendly, courteous, and timely. He returned to the table at the exact moment we needed anything.
Although The Cheesecake Factory may be a chain, the food is amazing! The best day is Sunday, why you ask? Starting off with the soup of the day, Creamy chicken artichoke soup is to die for! The fresh bread compliments the soup, just don't eat too much bread. The main course, Chicken Madera & Steak Diann is great! The only gripe is the mashed potatoes, to dry for me. All in all please go on a Sunday, and try the soup of the day.
