Sylvia Park Shopping Centre, Auckland Reviews

  • This is one of the best malls in Auckland. The recent extension makes it the largest mall I believe. You name the known business and it is here in this mall. It has got gyms to creche, hardware stores to ice creams stores. Very nice children play areas, food stalls and other recreational areas. There are enough parking here.

  • Good variety of shops. Lots of parking. No 'towing' problems like some westfield malls. So popular may have to wait for a park at busy times. The cinema has very comfortable seats with masses of leg room. Not much chance of the person in front blocking your view either. In dining and alcohol available as well. I do not go there Saturday afternoon any more if I am short of time as it is too popular. Traffic queues and waiting for a park.

  • Sylvia Park is perfect for everything and anything you need. A food court to satisfy the budget hunters and McDonalds lovers, and quite a few awesome restaurants out the front in "The Grove" area. You’ve also got a pub, a few events that go on in summer and winter I’m sure, and of course, any shop that you’d ever need. Woman’s fashion, kid’s fashion, budget stores, high-end fashion, accessories, travel items, travel agents, supermarkets, ice-cream shops and even a Mini Golf tucked into one of the corners near the front car park. It’s almost like a mini Auckland City in one shopping centre.

  • an agglomeration of necessary stores, shops and services taken care by all sorts of different good staff members. together they make the mall functional, practical and operational - key people. parking is readily available as well as PT (bus and train).

  • We didn't stay long as I wasn't feeling well. But the staff at H&M directed me to a pharmacy to buy some meds, which was much appreciated. Great variety of shops for us visiting from Rotorua. Lovely sushi bar in the middle for a quick take away meal before our drive home. Lots of places for me to sit when I was losing energy.
