  • I've called six times to prevent unwanted newspapers from being littered into my yard, yet they continue to leave them. Sadly, the next time this happens, the delivery person will be given a fine for littering, get it together,.I'm pretty sure your violating my rights and the law by doing so.

  • Signed up for an auto pay through a door to door sales person. The website is buggy and I couldn't login to access the digital paper. Called to cancel my subscription, had to argue with the guy as to why I wanted to cancel. Multiple times I told him why and that I didn't want to discuss it any further. He said he would cancel my auto pay, but based on other reviews who knows if he actually did that. I guess I'll find out eventually.

  • Signed up by door to door salesman. Wrote check which was never deposited, however part was taken out electronically. Took week and half to get Electronic and never got print edition. I ended up just cancelling. Poor customer service.

  • I wish I could give it 1/2 a star. Paper delivered so often wet. Called 3x today starting at 7:15 a.m. Sunday and told at various times it was coming. NEVER got the paper. I cancelled the subscription. Old news by the time you get their lousy paper I decided. Awful service.

  • Paper is fine, but I have attempted to cancel my delivery service 5 times now. No one answers the phone when you call to cancel during business hours. I receive emails confirming the cancellation and then guess what? A new paper is delivered again every day. Poorly managed and a sign of the times I guess.
