This Chick-fil-A has no indoor seating. It only has covered outdoor seating. It's usually super fast, but it's right on Guadalupe so it's difficult to reach via car during busy hours. Always very friendly! They also have some awesome deals on the Hooked app, and receipt day is amazing!
I don't have any complaints about this place. It's what you'd expect from a chick fil a. Cashiers are consistently friendly and good is delivered in a timely manner. --4.0 stars
They are very fast when you order in the drive-thru. You will maybe wait 5 minutes at lunch to get your food (their busiest time of day). Although when I have placed pick up catering orders, with a specific time, days in advance they ALWAYS run late. Typically 20-30 minutes. It can be very frustrating, I do not suggest placing large catering orders here.
Abysmal service. We ordered a party tray on receipt day to get essentially 2 for the price of one. After calling in at 8:30, we got there 30 minutes later. Then, we had to wait 30 minutes in line only to hear that they did not have it ready, which they had promised over the phone. After waiting another 30 minutes and talking to 4 different people, they finally gave us the tray. Turns out, it was left out, neglected. Abysmal service, I reiterate.
Strictly a walk-up and drive thru facility. Good sandwiches. Went there last week to get a quick bite. The wait was unusually long, but the food was still good.
