  • Home Slice Pizza is a great place. You can get a slice or a whole pizza. What I love about this place more than the pizza is the people behind the counter. They are great and complement the great pizza they make. I also love buying a slice and sit outside on the curb and people watch down Congress. This should definitely be a must do for travelers of the great city of Austin.

  • It's like a slice of New York right here in Texas. The crust was fantastic, but comparing it to other NY styled pizzas it's a little above average. The waitstaff are hard-working and will do anything to make the moment right for you here! After having a bad case of miscommunication with a member of the staff - others hopped in and really proved to us how great this place can be. Can get a little loud but it adds to the fun and lively atmosphere here.

  • Good pizza, but is there better in town for better value? I believe so. Ingredients seemed good, the sauce was good, the crust was cooked correctly being a bit crispy on the bottom. We like the pizza crust (crispy) when you hold it in your hand and it doesn't fall over dropping your toppings back to your plate or on your lap. We didn't have a long wait even though it was a weekend around 7; they told us the wait would be 40-45 minutes and it can easily go that long, but we were seated within 20 with first available. Friendly waitstaff, cant say enough about the help. Place can get a bit noisy if 10 girls (ages around 12) and 2 ladies are seated next to you, everything was good until then. Would I go back? yes! Especially for the happy hour 2 slice pizza special.

  • The crust is sensational, perfect crisp, perfect thickness. You must try it, either by slice or per pizza. It is a pizza made with pride and to all people, it is super affordable. I like the fact that they stuck to their roots despite the growing fame.

  • Great NY style pizza! Fresh ingredients and quick service. Limited parking but they have been good about expanding their parking spaces over the last few years. They have dine in and outdoor patio for those who want to eat there. There is also a walk up window if you you want to order to go or just get a single slice. The place is small but has made itself a staple in SoCo.
