  • We stayed here thanks to a deal through Groupon and would do it again! Vintage Villas faces Lake Travis with only good views of the scenery. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed with rustic decor with an elegant flair, including king-sized bed and a comfortable sofa. Each room features a patio/terrace with a table and two chairs. The en suite bathroom featured a nice-sized one-person shower as well as a jet tub that could accomodate two. The tub could have stood a better cleaning prior to occupancy (the jets needed attention), but it was quickly and easily fixed. Breakfast as included and consisted of a selection of cereals, breads/pastries, eggs (one morning there was quiche and boiled eggs, the other morning there were scrambled). The coffee was okay, but there are some great coffee houses in the Austin area, not far away. The facility features some beautiful meeting rooms/buildings with excellent views of the lake, as well as two small pavilions for private wedding ceremonies. There is not pool or hot tub, but the in-room jet tubs more than make up for the lack. The grounds are well-manicured and landscaped.

  • SO BEAUTIFUL! This hotel is stunning it has so much charm and character. The balconies and tubs are amazing!! the views are PERFECT!!! Susan and Aaron at the front desk are so nice and helpful answered any questions I had. The only issues we had were the tv sound was a little weird it would go high or low at random times and the balcony didn’t have any lights that came on. Other than that this hotel is perfect. Might even have our wedding here!

  • Had our wedding here last month-- beautiful venue, and the hotel and service staff are great. However on the wedding side, the sales/event managers were awful to work with. If you have a wedding here make sure you have a good wedding planner and do not expect your sales manager to have your best interests in mind. This was the worst wedding vendor I worked with, which was unfortunate because it was arguably the most important one for our wedding!

  • The location overlooks lake Travis and is very beautiful. Amazing spot for social events and weddings. Perfect spot to take pictures. The food buffet was exceptional and the staff was very accommodating and helpful as well

  • Amazing views. Had our wedding ceremony and 1st reception there. Only drawbacks are there is no pool or anything to do there asides look at the lake and have an event. When you book a wedding you get a complimentary room but it is not the best since they do not have a brides room. We got the 3rd floor and since it is a villa there are no elevators. We should have block the rooms since we had over 12 rooms and everyone was staying there for 3 nights to insure we got a bottom floor room. However, 3 of my guest got bottom floor rooms and nearly everyone else had better rooms than the bride and groom. We had to book an extra room to get ready on the bottom floor because me walking down from the 3rd floor in a wedding dress and heels was not an option. It was a good wedding and the food was good too but never put a bride on the 3rd floor.
