Water World Waterpark, Ayia Napa Reviews
Had a such a great time. Came to the park around 11 am and left around 6pm. It was just enough time to try every slide for a few times and every pool at least once. Queues are not that bad either. Serves tasty pancakes as well. Best water park I've been so far
Just back from the water park. Fortunately it was not crowded at all, although it’s Saturday. Waiting time was never more than 5 min to any of the rides. Choice of attractions is good, we spent all day there and all: us, our kid (4.5) and grandmas (70+) were entertained. It is true, it’s a bit old already, but not that bad. Price could be more attractive, it’s quite a lot, taking into account that there is nothing really better than in any other Europe’s water park. Overall positive day out.
Great day out. It's safer than most waterparks I've been to too especially as I took a 5 and a 7 year old. The staff are good and make sure there is no clowning about so the 'kids only' areas are just that leaving parents to watch safely from the side of the pool etc. The rides are well maintained too and varied enough for all ages and tastes. Highest height restriction is one ride at 140cm but most range from any age to 105cm with the majority of the bigger rides being 120cm. There's a decent selection of eating as well so you don't need to bring your own stuff but be warned, the floors get HOT later in the day so bring something for your feet. And plenty of sun cream.
Very expensive for what is just a regular water park. Only a few years ago it was around €20-25 to get in, now it's €38. Cost of water, electricity and staffing certainly hasn't gone up that much in the same period. However, safety is clearly enforced with more than enough lifeguards who all seem very happy in their jobs. Food prices are average to high and you cannot take any food or drink except baby food and water into the park so if you want to eat you have to spend more money. Also, after paying €38 to get in you have to pay another €5 for a locker!
Nice water park. It does not compare to the ones in Florida but those seem to be in a league of their own. The rides were nice and plenty of them. Lines were not long. A few minutes at most. Guides were cheerful and helpful. Kids will enjoy.
