  • Absolutely love Barrington. Such a lovely place to visit with young children. So much outdoor space to run around in. Cafe is great. Great little shop. House is empty so don't need to worry about children touching things. Pottery, jewellery, woodwork and fabric shop to see. Well worth a visit.

  • Superb place..... Worth it for the day, plenty to do and see, loads of walking as well. Brilliant day out we had. Quirky in places.

  • Great place to visit. Rooms are not normally furnished but have been decorated for Christmas. There were willow sculptures too both inside and outside. Nice to walk around the gardens but there are also footpaths that you can access. Staff & volunteers are very friendly and knowledgeable.

  • Lovely house and beautiful grounds. Well worth a visit. Food is good here as well.

  • Pretty place to explore, little pricey on entry if you're not a National Trust member. But free of charge are the craft workshops in the rear outbuildings which are great to explore, gain knowledge and get inspired. Choose from Jewellry, Pottery, Textiles, Woodworking and Furniture.
