Located in Bago, Myanmar, Shwe Maw Daw Pagoda is a beautiful historic monument and is credited as the tallest pagoda in the city with 114 metres (374 ft) in height. Originally built during the 10th century, it is also known as the Golden Temple. The best time to visit this is after 5pm so you can enjoy the stunning sunset. Shwe Maw Daw Pagoda is usually crowded on all day, filled with plenty of devotees who follow Buddhism. Shwe Maw Daw Pagoda also has its own annual festival which goes for 10 days during the Tagu’s Burmese month.
