The Manor, Baguio Reviews
Outstanding service. Very polite and courteous staff. They always greet you with a smile whether it be a sunny day, rainy or cloudy day. Nice and comfy room(s). With live bands (almost) every night. Serves very delicious food and you can buy pastries which are reasonably priced.
We celebrated my birthday and anniversary at Manor. The place and accommodations was amazing. They had cake and balloons set when we arrived. The view was amazing too. The only problem we had was the parking. They have few slots at the front of the hotel so we usually take the back parking which is a bit far from the hotel proper.
This hotel is top notch, that's a fact. crew is nice, ambiance is luxurious, their music is played live by bands which is nice (though not sure if they were from the area), their garden is epic; so epic that I almost felt like I was in a Disney Movie. Although this hotel isn't really for budget friendly tourists, it's costly rooms and services are worth every peso. just one thing that happened during my family's stay there. We woke up with a dead cockroach on the floor near the bathroom (though it's kinda not a new thing for me because i know most insects of that type live in woody, humid areas and in Manor, almost everything is made out of wood). so yeah, it's a great place, you get the feeling of being one of the "executives" if i may say when you get there. just be aware that you might have an encounter with creepy crawlers.
Always a good place to stay in Baguio, whether you want it quiet or prefer to be surrounded by people. The breakfast buffet has a good spread but you can also get the same thing from other breakfast buffets, at a cheaper cost! The difference would be the fun of eating al fresco, being served hot chocolate or coffee, and the cold mountain air kissing your cheeks. That can't be beat!
Ive been coming to this place since I was a kid. Everything about this place is great. I love the food, the ambiance, and the service. I took my fiancé and my mother-in-law here for a 3-day vacation and they loved the place as well. They said it reminds them of their home in Crimea and a bit of the Carpathian mountains.
