Gong Jatiluwih, Bali Reviews
By far the food we had during our tour of Bali. Scenic views of paddy fields with cool breeze running we couldn’t ask for more for the ambiance. They were serving the buffet with local food which we had been eating for days so we skipped that and went Ala carte. We ordered a meal each for the four of us and some deep fried calamari with chips. The beef ribs was the most juicy beef ever eaten. The pizza for the kids was nice too. The grilled salmon was a bit overdone but still very tasty. The drinks were nice too - ice tea and lemonade.
I love the fact that they have a great view of the Balinese countryside. The rice terraces are really awesome to look at. The food is great, the staff are really corteous. This is really a nice place for dining.
Best rice terrace in Bali, also the world heritage. You need to pay 40k each for the entrance. There is only 1 restaurants there, reasonable price and good food though. Price for buffet with local food is 120k/pax
Nothing is good about this restaurant except the fact that you'll have an amazing view of Jatiluwih rice terraces from here. The food is not good in taste at all and you've to pay IDR 1 lac/person for buffet lunch and the options in Ala-carte are also quite expensive. I'd definitely suggest you not to have lunch here, rather you can just visit the Jatiluwih rice terraces.
A tourist trap. View is beautiful but the food is much below average at high prices. The adjascent rice fields are overly crowded. However Jatiluwih region is certainly worth the visit.
