Excellent hotel! I truly enjoyed our stay here. Very clean and ultra comfy beds! Perfect little kitchen with a coffee pot and a luxurious and large bathroom! I think it was over the top amazing for the price and I hope to stay here again soon! The staff were amazing and so kind. On top of every request with a smile. The breakfast was really good too! If I could leave 6 stars I totally would! I highly recommend this place to all! Jeremiah Nash
This is my second stay in sakala resort, i really enjoy this hotel. We always book for the family suite and have a really good time. The breakfast is great, the services also great. The pool is perfect since they have a big pool in the middle of their hotel. Would recommend and gladly return again
Very beautiful resort and clean. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Massages were amazing! But the western food was terrible and needs improving.
This hotel is okay, I kinda like it. Though there are some flaws. When I checked in, it took pretty long. We booked from Agoda and we were supposed to be in a "Family Suite", but we were downgraded. Fortunately, they apologized by upgrading our suite to a villa, and gave us free breakfast for the whole stay. Now, the villa was nice, but there was some flaws. First of all, they don't have the sprayer thing beside the toilet, so I can't clean my rear. Second, there is a lot of dust around the villa which was a downside. The breakfast was quite okay. The service was kinda bad, it took over an hour for just a bowl to be delivered. Overall experience, it was not that good. It shouldn't be a 4.4 star resort, I think it should be a 2- 3 star one.
Now, Sakala is the best resort I ever stay. Big room with balcon, big bed, bath tube, and big pool make everything become big fun also. Recommended resort and must try.....
