Mozaic, Bali Reviews
Five full stars with a + at the end. We tried the Indonesian 8 course taster which is truly delicious , varied , balanced and utterly remarkable. Unlike anything I’ve ever experienced before and a true assault of the culinary taste buds. Pricey but as expected for quality this high.
Only serve tasting menu, food from local and food from around the world. Tried both and both have their own impressive and disappointed one. Service was great but I can see it is better if you were white..... The manager kinda ignored us the whole time but only talking to the white ppl............
Most of the food was wonderful! Do not eat the pigeon or rabbit if you do not like gamey!! Everything else was great.
Amazing food experience. I took the 6 courses menu with wine pairing and I had a blast. A bit pricy for ubud but not for the overall experience. I recomend this place if you'd like to have a nice and romantic diner.
Great setting, experience and food From arrival to departure the experience was Michelin starred all over with friendly and subtle interactions with staff and seamless service. The food is excellent and they have two tasting menus (both available as 6 or 8 course options) - international style or local style. We had one of each (it's great that they let you split like this) and thought the local farmers menu was fractionally better but both were delicious with no courses which we didn't enjoy (which is a rarity as restaurants seek to push the boundaries more and more!). The drinks (especially the cocktails) were brilliant and there were lots that we wanted to try! Thoroughly impressed and would return in s heartbeat!
